全球約有90個國家，不須處方即可取得事後避孕藥。
食藥署本週預告修正《藥事法》，擬將事後避孕藥列入追蹤藥物類別，引發社運團體及廣大社會反彈。本集快訊，Zukkim 張竹芩帶我們快速理解當下的問題。
事後避孕藥長期為處方藥，須由醫師診斷開立才能取得，但事實上，民眾可直接在藥局購買的。（2016年食藥署曾規劃將處方藥轉為指示藥，但後來沒實施。）事後避孕藥有時效性，必須在72小時內越早服用成功機率越高。在最壞的情況下，可能是受到性侵性暴力或是在醫療資源不足的情況的女性，最會需要即時的協助。對於女性來講，這是一件非常重要的事情。官方立場希望管制處方藥品，但是在政策實際落地，這會成為管制女性的身體，這會是生育自主權倒退的問題。
最新，衛福部已回應將研議，將考慮把事後避孕藥轉為指示藥，並在半年內推出配套方案。
